The office is located on the ground floor of a residential building on Studencheskaya Street, within walking distance of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, in the triangle between the Kyivska, Studencheskaya, and Kutuzovskaya metro stations. The nearest public transportation stops are 3-5 minutes away. Studencheskaya Street, a bypass of Kutuzovsky Prospekt, is beautiful, green, and well-maintained by European standards, boasting well-developed urban infrastructure. Nearby are the Dorogomilovsky Market, several restaurants and cafes, banks, post offices, and shops.

A 15-minute walk from the office is the Bagration pedestrian bridge, which connects Kutuzovsky Prospekt with the Moscow-City district. Kyiv Railway Station is also a 15-minute walk away, as are the Kutuzovskaya Moscow Central Circle (MCC) transport hub and the 3rd Ring Road.

Office infrastructure

The office has a total area of ​​73.6 square meters and includes four separate rooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen area, and two glassed-in loggias. The office is equipped with a panic and fire alarm system in each room (in accordance with GOST standards), the required number of fire extinguishers, and a panic button connected to the Gulfstream system. The office also features additional electrical wiring in wall boxes, telephone and network lines, and appropriate outlets at each workstation. Thanks to its modular design, electrical outlets and network connectors can be easily installed anywhere in the office.

Each room is furnished with office furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets, and shelving) in good condition, with special partitions separating workstations. Each workstation is equipped with telephones and necessary office supplies.

The office is equipped with a Panasonic 4/32 PBX (4 external landline telephone lines {expandable to 16} and 32 internal lines), network routers, and routers for the landline network and WiFi. A fiber-optic line is installed for internet connection to the Beeline provider (PJSC VimpelCom). Panasonic system telephones are installed in all rooms at each workstation, allowing for the reception and transfer of calls from both external and internal numbers.

Director’s room

The director’s office is decorated in a uniform classical style: a large desk with a conference table and a small table for office equipment, a nightstand and a small safe, a wardrobe and a second compartment for documents with a nightstand, a small refrigerator for drinks, two long nightstands, a large leather chair and other decorative interior elements.

Large room

The large room can accommodate 4 to 6 employees. Each workstation is equipped with a desk, a nightstand, a small shelving unit, and a partition. Small room

he small room is located next to the director’s room and was previously used as a secretary and accountant’s office. It can accommodate 2 to 4 employees and all necessary office equipment. Modular office furniture allows for easy workstation transformation and the room can be quickly adapted for various purposes.

Meeting room

The meeting room is located at the far end of the office, opposite the entrance door, allowing guests to be invited without having to cross the entire office. Adjacent to the room are a restroom and a lunch area where employees can prepare tea, coffee, cold drinks, and light snacks. The meeting room contains one small table and several cabinets for documents and product samples. The room opens onto a balcony with a door leading outside (an emergency exit). The meeting room can easily be converted into a regular office space for 2-3 employees.

Lunch area, corridor and bathroom

The lunch room is a small room furnished with a small table and chairs, a countertop with a sink, a microwave, an espresso machine, kettles, and wire shelving for dishes and cutlery. This room is designed for preparing drinks, heating food, and serving lunch for 1-2 people.

In the office hallway, there is a large three-compartment built-in closet for coats and shoes, with a compartment and shelves for folders, office equipment, and other materials. Near the entrance door is a panic button and alarm control panel, as well as an electrical panel with fuses. Next to the door is a small nightstand and chairs for guests.

History

Over the past 20 years, this office has been used by:

  1. A major international holding company specializing in the production and sales of construction materials. The office housed the Russian branch with 15 employees (management, secretariat, accounting, wholesale sales, and logistics), as well as a central server that served not only the Moscow but also the regional offices. After the company grew to 30 employees, the sales and logistics departments moved to a neighboring office building, and the management, accounting, and legal departments remained in this office.
  2. A large European company producing and selling household and construction chemicals. The office housed a Russian department with 10 employees (director, secretary, accountant, assistant, wholesale sales department, and logistics specialist).
  3. A well-known Polish company producing and selling laundry detergents and household chemicals. The office housed a Russian department with eight employees (director, secretary, accountant, wholesale sales manager, and logistics specialist).
  4. The oldest and most successful Swiss company producing and selling industrial powder coatings. The office housed the Russian sales department with 10 employees (the CEO, commercial director, secretary, accountant, sales staff, technical consultants, lawyer, and logistics specialist).
